Conditions that the State requires for burning:
--------------------------------------------------
1) Active burning is to be attended by a responsible party at all times.
2) Burning only when wind conditions are between 5 and 23 mph
3) Burn started one hous after sunrise
4) Brun completed one hours before sunset
5)Burning must not cause smoke or other pollutants

Items which CANNOT be burned:
------------------------------------
NO Electrical insulation - NO treated lumber
NO oil filters - NO asphalt - NO plastics
NO rubber / tires, carpet, batteries, oil, furniture
NO tar paper, insulation, roofing

Burning of plastics is very dangerous, DIOXINS will spread around
the fire. DIOXINS are a slow killer, they cause many kinds of CANCER,
birth defects and brain damage.

Keep Bandera clean, keep yourself and your neighbours safe,
Do NOT burn banned items!!
